Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Support to lead and
mentor their phone support team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of 8-10 customer support experts to meet KPIs and
provide coaching
Handle escalations and resolve complex customer inquiries to ensure
a positive experience
Create weekly reports on team performance and communicate updates
with senior leadership
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing customer support teams of 6+
individuals
Experience managing a team of phone support agents
Proven record of driving results and improving customer
experience
Experience in addressing operational and people management
challenges
