Job Description:

A company is looking for a Complex Adjuster to manage a caseload of complex claims.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver an industry-leading claim experience for policyholders and claimants
Verify coverage and determine liability for various accident scenarios
Coordinate vehicle repairs and assist with rental reimbursement

Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
1-5 years of experience handling insurance claims with responsibility for coverage decisions and liability determinations
Ability to obtain additional insurance licenses within three months
Strong technical understanding of liability and casualty principles
Experience managing complex personal auto claims through closure
