Job Description:

A company is looking for a Professional Services, Integrations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct deep discovery to understand customer business needs and infrastructure
Build custom integrations and applications leveraging ETL kits, API endpoints, and SQL queries
Train customers on platform features and contribute to the development of new integration features

Required Qualifications

Experience writing SQL queries and coding in Python is mandatory
4+ years of SaaS experience in solutions engineering, customer success engineering, or integrations engineering
Experience in integrations engineering preferred
Ability to manage customer implementation experiences effectively
Experience working with product and engineering teams to launch new products or features
